Ticketek provides ticketing services, including the sale and distribution of tickets on behalf of the venue, promoter or person responsible for holding the relevant event (the Event Organiser).
For each Event, the Event Organiser nominates seating or make other reasonable adjustments for spectators with an accessibility requirement (such as physical, hearing, or visual impairments) (such tickets are referred to collectively, as Accessible Tickets). These Accessible Ticketing Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Accessible Tickets, in addition to the Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Motorpoint Arena Terms and Conditions of Sale and any other event specific terms notified to you during the ticket purchase process.

By purchasing an Accessible Ticket from Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena, you confirm you are eligible to purchase an Accessible Ticket in accordance with these terms. Please note if you resell your Accessible Ticket, any subsequent ticketholder will also need to comply with these terms, Ticketek’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Motorpoint Arena Terms and Conditions of Sale,
Accessible Ticket Categories
The categories available for each event will be shown on our website when selecting Accessible Tickets. You should check the available Accessible Tickets, and its description on our website, to ensure your requirements are met.

Please note that for some accessibility types, the Motorpoint Arena Box Office may need to contact you in advance to confirm your requirements.
In general, the following categories of Accessible Tickets may be available:
- Essential Companion Ticket with Access Card: An Access Card is a card issued to people with a significant, permanent disability. Patrons holding a valid Access Card indicating they require an Accompanying Guest are eligible for a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket. Please note you will need to provide us with the Access Card number at the time of booking, and you may need to show the card at the venue or in advance at the request of the Motorpoint Arena Box Office. Please note that complimentary Essential Companion tickets are offered at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser and may not be available for all events.
- Easy Access: Accessible Tickets are available for patrons with mobility issues or have accessible needs, but do not require a wheelchair location. These seating locations are typically accessible via a maximum of 3 stairs. Easy Access seating may be in the middle of a row or on an aisle.
- Deaf or Hard of Hearing: Deaf or Hard of Hearing Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons who are Deaf or hard of hearing and may utilise technologies such as hearing loops or infrared systems. Please contact the Motorpoint Arena Box Office here or by calling 0808 164 4616 during advertised opening times for further information on what is available.
- Sign Language Interpreter: Sign Language Interpreter Ticket is available in selected events for use by patrons who are Deaf of hard of hearing who require a British Sign Language interpreter.
- Vision Impaired: A Vision Impaired Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a visual impairment. Tickets for customers with a visual impairment are in a front floor block, or within one of the closest two Tiered Blocks nearest to the stage, on either side. For sporting or ‘In The Round’ events, tickets for customers with visual impairments will be located in lower rows.
- Vision Impaired with Guide Dog: A Guide Dog Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a visual impairment who require their Guide Dog to be present during the event. Please be aware that noise levels can be high during some events. The venue does not take responsibility for any guide dogs and asks that the dog remains with or close to the owner.
- Accompanying Guest: A seat that is located in an Accessible location for use by patrons who do not have accessible needs. An Accompanying Guest ticket can be obtained as a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket, or sold as paid admission.
- Wheelchair Accessible: A Wheelchair Accessible space, is a location which is wheelchair accessible because (a) the seat has been removed from that location to accommodate a wheelchair; or (b) the location is permanently a dedicated wheelchair space. A customer who purchases a Wheelchair Accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.
- Wheelchair Accessible Accompanying Guest: A seat that is directly next to a Wheelchair Accessible space, that can be obtained as a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket, or sold as paid admission.
- Assistance Dog: A seat that is in a suitable location for an Assistance Dog to be present during the event. Please be aware that noise levels can be high during some events. The venue does not take responsibility for any assistance dogs and asks that the dog remains with or close to the owner.
Additional Essential Companion Ticket Requirements
- When adding a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket to your booking, you will be required to provide a valid Access Card number. Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena will use this number for the purpose of managing your booking, storing the number in a secured manner for verification and admission purposes, in accordance with the Ticketek Privacy Policy & the Motorpoint Arena Privacy Policy
- To obtain a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket, you must purchase at least one value ticket in the same transaction. It is not mandatory that the value ticket be another type of Accessible Ticket.
- Only one (1) complimentary Essential Companion Ticket will be issued per Accessible or paying ticket. If you require additional complimentary Essential Companion Tickets and your Access Card denotes this, please contact the Motorpoint Arena Box Office to make your booking. If you are purchasing tickets for more than one person requiring a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket, Access Card numbers will be required for each person.
- Complimentary Essential Companion tickets are issued subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. Complimentary Essential Companion tickets may not be available for every event.
- Where a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket is issued, it will be counted towards any ticket purchase restrictions.
- At the election of the Event Organiser, where a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket is issued, the Accompanying Guest may not be entitled to all benefits associated with the accompanying value ticket. For example, if the value ticket includes memorabilia or merchandise, such benefits may not be provided to the patron holding the complimentary Essential Companion Ticket.
- Hospitality experiences with a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket will need to be purchased directly with the hospitality team by calling 0115 853 3008. When booking a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket within hospitality, the customer will be required to pay for the hospitality element of your evening.
- Where Accessible Tickets have been purchased but the requirements of the individual change, or a service such as British Sign Language Interpreter is no longer required, it is the sole responsibility of the Ticketek Account Holder to inform the Motorpoint Arena Box Office at least 7 days before the date of the event. Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena reserve the right to remove the ability of the account holder to book the same service for future events where a service is booked which is not required.
Ticket Collection
- You may be required to collect your Accessible Tickets at the venue, on the day of the Event. If this is required you will be advised when making your booking.
- You may be required to show valid identification to venue staff at the Event.
- Customers collecting a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket may be required to show a valid Access Card to venue staff at the Event upon ticket collection, or in advance if requested by the Motorpoint Area Box Office.
Cancellation of Accessible Tickets
- Accessible Tickets are offered to customers with access needs and are intended for use by individuals with disabilities, and their Accompanying Guests. By purchasing an Accessible Ticket through Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena, you represent that you or a member of your party has a disability that requires the accessible features provided by the seating locations being purchased.
- Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena may investigate potential misuse of Accessible Ticketing where there is good cause to believe that such tickets have been purchased fraudulently. In appropriate cases Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena may, in its sole discretion, cancel an order for Accessible Tickets that it believes to be fraudulent or improper and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Ticketek account involved in such activity.
- The venue also reserves the right to relocate to other seats, patrons who have purchased Accessible Tickets, but who do not require accessible features. Where no suitable seats are available for relocation Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena reserve the right to cancel any order which has been made for Accessible Tickets where the accessible features are not required.
Data Collection Notice
We (Ticketek & the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham) will need certain health data from you in order to provide you with the Accessible Tickets, for example your Access Card details. We, or the Event Organiser or venue may, in certain circumstances require additional information to either verify your eligibility to the Accessible Tickets, and to ensure we can accommodate your requirements. We will only process and share this data for these purposes and on the basis of your consent. The Ticketek privacy notice contains more information on how we use personal data.
