Door time is 1 hour before the performance start time
Please note that Row L in Blocks 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14, Row E in Blocks 9, 14 & 16 and Row F in Blocks 5 & 11 are not suitable for small children due to the wall in front of this row.
Children aged under 2 are free of charge if they do not require their own seat. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over.
Family tickets are available on evening performances only and include tickets for 4 people. Additional family tickets, up to a maximum of an extra 4 per person, can be purchased at the discounted rate by calling the box office on 0115 853 3000
Dress Code
Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask customers to use their discretion and common sense.
Attire that is not appropriate for Disney On Ice show and which may result in refusal of admittance or ejection from the show includes but is not limited to costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older
BSL Interpreter
There will be a BSL interpreter for the Saturday 16th November 2.30pm performance. You can book tickets by contacting the Box Office. Please note, if you require the interpreter service, please request this when booking tickets and allow at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the event
We’re operating bag and search policies. Please do not bring bags to events if possible. If you need to bring a bag, no rucksacks or bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will be permitted. Lockers will not be available for use. All customers will be subject to a search outside the venue via wand before entering.
