We’re operating bag and search policies. Please do not bring bags to events if possible. If you need to bring a bag, no rucksacks or bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will be permitted. Lockers will not be available for use. All customers will be subject to a search outside the venue via wand before entering

The 2026 Continental Cup Final is part of the IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation) club competition and is being hosted at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham from 14–17 January 2026. Six teams qualified for this final stage, including Nottingham Panthers as hosts, plus European club sides that either entered directly or earned their spots through earlier rounds.

Blue Group

  • Nottingham Panthers (GBR)
  • GKS Katowice (POL)
  • HK Mogo (LAT)

These three teams form the Blue Group and will play each other in round-robin matches from Wednesday to Friday. Their results determine placement for the finals day

Red Group

  • Ducs d’Angers (FRA)
  • HC Torpedo Öskemen (KAZ)
  • Herning Blue Fox (DEN)

The Red Group also plays a round-robin among its three teams in the group stage. Like the Blue Group, their rankings feed into the medal matches on Saturday. 

Finals Day Format (Saturday)

  • Gold Medal Game: Winner of Blue Group vs. Winner of Red Group
  • Bronze Medal Game: Runner-up of Blue vs. Runner-up of Red
  • Fifth Place Game: Third of Blue vs. Third of Red
